尊敬的先生/小姐
謝謝昨日來信通知我面試，我將于要求的7月5日，周五下午兩點半到達，并帶去我的證書及其它書面材料。

范例二：
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your last letter.As for your suggestion, i feel it's ok. By the way, it's my pleasure for the company to offer me the opportunity to attend the interview.
如果你想說約定時間,你可以這樣表述:
Let's fix a date, IS this friday ok?Best RegardsShelly(填寫你的英文名)
PS:其實這樣的回信,不需要過于正式的范文吧,只需要表達清楚自己的意思就好。
